2Free Directory Access
The core IPTV Harmony experience — browsing our directory of 20,000+ live TV channels and 50,000+ movies and shows across 150+ countries — is and will always remain completely free. No account, subscription, or payment is required to search, browse, or access channel listings on our site.
Since core browsing is free, there is nothing to refund for standard use of the IPTV Harmony directory. This policy only applies if you make a voluntary payment for an optional feature, donation, or future premium offering.
3Optional Paid Features
From time to time, IPTV Harmony may introduce optional paid features, such as ad-free browsing, premium directory tools, or voluntary donations to support the platform. Where applicable, the specific terms, pricing, and billing cycle for any paid feature will be clearly disclosed before you complete a purchase.
Any such paid features are entirely optional and separate from the free, core IPTV channel directory described in Section 2.
4Eligibility for Refunds
If you make a payment for an optional paid feature on IPTV Harmony, you may be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:
- Accidental or duplicate charges — if you were charged more than once for the same feature or purchase in error.
- Technical failure — if a paid feature did not function as described due to a verified technical issue on our end.
- Unauthorized transactions — if a payment was made without your authorization, subject to verification.
- Cancellation within the eligible window — if you cancel a recurring paid feature within any stated grace period disclosed at the time of purchase (typically within 7 days, where applicable).

IPTV Harmony is a directory service and does not sell IPTV subscriptions, decoder boxes, or third-party player app subscriptions. If you purchase a subscription, app, or service from a third-party provider referenced or linked through IPTV Harmony, that purchase is governed entirely by that provider's own refund policy, not this one.
We strongly recommend reviewing the refund and cancellation terms of any third-party IPTV app, player, or service before making a purchase. IPTV Harmony is not responsible for issuing refunds on behalf of third-party providers and cannot guarantee any outcome related to those transactions.
9Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
If you have a concern about a charge, we ask that you contact us first at contact@iptvharmony.live so we can investigate and resolve the issue directly. Filing a chargeback with your bank or card provider before reaching out to us may delay resolution and could result in suspension of any associated paid features while the dispute is reviewed.
We aim to resolve all billing concerns fairly and promptly through direct communication.

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time, particularly as new features or paid options are introduced to IPTV Harmony.
